Minutes for October 17, 2003
Here are the minutes from the unruly meeting last night...
- Keith is going to be the OUARC ambassador to CORA on November 8, 2003.
More info will be forthcoming.
- FEB 29 is the new Antenna Day. It will be more of a lecture format...we
will iron out more details as it gets nearer.
- We are going to try to do Neighborhood Watch again this year since
Halloween falls on a Friday evening. I will let everyone know their assigned
areas as soon as I can. If you aren't Robin, Tim, Jarrod, or Marilyn and want
to participate, let me know immediately.
- Next meeting will be NOV 13 in Southern Cross
- The "Just After International Human Rights Day" party will occur on
December 12. More details on that later too.
- ***** IF YOU WANT A SHIRT AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ME $22 I NEED THAT MONEY
ASAP. Either mail it to me or put it in my hand. If you want to give it to me,
call me 329-8984 or 205-3928 to set up a time/place for dropoff. OR mail it to
me. If you mail it to me, please e-mail me so that I know to be expecting a
check in the mail. The shirts will be ordered on Monday.
Still need money from Jud, Dave (I also need a lock/helmet from you...)
and from Larry Hazelwood. Please get back to me asap.
- Keith is looking into possible expenditures on antennas. I am making a
list of comparisons of radios so that we can choose the best course of action
for us at the next meeting.
If you have any other stuff that needs to be brought up or any corrections to
this list, let me know...
