Dues and Membership
Dues are being collected now! All members should send a check for $15 to

or drop it by CEC B19 during business hours. In addition all members must fill out a Membership Information Form and those wishing to use the autopatch should submit a photocopy of their Amateur Radio license. The form can be obtained by stopping by CEC B19 or by printing out the postscript file.
146.880 N5MS Repeater
The repeater is owned and operated by Mike Salem for the benefit of the club and the Norman community. He has stated that he wishes it to be an open repeater, primarily used as a contact point for local hams. Mike is currently in the process of upgrading the terminal node controller to allow more versatile and advanced command features as well as the possiblity of crossband operation.
146.880 Autopatch
The autopatch phone line has traditionally been maintained by the club for use by its members. Over the last couple of years while the club was inactive, the line has not been maintained and though it still works, the financial status of its account is unknown. Now that the club is back, we will look into again taking over maintenance and administration. The autopatch is available to all members subject to regulations currently being drafted.
Equipment and Facilities
It has been suggested that a working HF rig (a 1970 TS820) that belongs to the club may still be in existence, if only we can figure out who's storing it. Reportedly the old antenna rig is still on top of one of the campus buildings. Help in locating and claiming these items would be greatly appreciated! Efforts are being made to find a permanent room on campus to store equipment and hold meetings.
Books and Magazines
The club now has a library, currently being stored in CEC B19.
Club T-Shirt designs should be submitted by the February meeting.
ARRL affiliation is dependant upon the percentage of ARRL members in our club.
Ratificaiton of the bylaws is postponed until a quorum can be convened.
Community service projects will be delayed until we have a firmer idea of our membership base.
Officer elections will be held when we have some candidates.
