Field Day logs have been submitted to the ARRL and are available online.
The club call sign is still in an undetermined state.
There was discussion of establishing our own Callsign database server. First we need a Secretary.
Efforts to find a suitable ham shack before the start of classes are continuing.
We will order promotional material from ARRL for recruitment.
The donated equipment in California will likely need to be shipped. Exact quantities and costs are to be examined.

Recruitment of new members, send email to volunteer:
- Volunteers are need to set up and man a table at the Howdy Week activities fair on Wednesday, August 28, from 10am to 2pm.
- Advertisement in Oklahoma Daily, we need an ad and someone to submit it.
- Posting flyers around campus.
- Have flyers available at check-in.
- Cross reference OU affiliates with ham database.
Some minor additions have been made to the repeater guidelines.
There was not a quorum to vote on ammendments.
