- Financial Report
We can register as a non-profit, tax-deductible organization, but it will
probably take about six months.
- ARRL Affiliation
Our application has been received. We are awaiting endorsement by the
Division Director and Section Manager.
- Dues for Next Year
Dues will be $15 per Full Member, $15 per Associate Member, and $5 per
family for Family Members pending the passage of by-laws Ammendment I.
- By-Laws Ammendment for Family Membership
was announced and discussed.
- Status of Officers
Existing officers will hold their positions until next year. We still
need to fill the positions of Secretary and Treasurer.
- Transport of Donated Equipment from California
Andrew Douglas KC5SXI will be driving to Southern California in May and
can pick up the equipment.
- Trip to Dallas Ham Fest
We will be leaving early on Saturday June 8 and returning that evening.
If you plan to attend send email to jpbostic@uoknor.edu and, if you
can drive, say how many people you can carry including yourself.
- Mt. Scott Field Day
Field day is June 22. Setup begins at 09:00 and events begin at 13:00.
Sign ups for equipment and positions will be posted to the web page
later this week.
- Contacting Shannon Lucid on Mir
Shannon Lucid is a three degree OU alum, one of the most high-profile
Sooners, and currently residing several hundred miles above our heads.
The OUARC should certainly make an effort to contact her and possibly
set up a communications link between her and her family in Bethany.
A coordination committee has been set up to explore options and will
meet later this week to discuss contacts.
