the club as well as contact many OU hams and alumns. This will
usually involve manning a booth outside Gould Hall from 08:00
to 18:00. Contact John for precise information.

- MORI Fox Hunt - Each Saturday at 7:00pm - James Deaton
KC5PRQ jed@onenet.net. The
MORI OKC repeater group holds weekly "Fox Hunts" in
which you try to track down a mobile transmitter using your wits,
your car, and as little equipment as an HT and your body. Several
OUARC members have been participating and invite you to join.
There is also the possibility of the OUARC sponsoring its own
Fox Hunt. Contact James or John Patrick KC5VEI for more information.
- Shuttle Amateur Radio Experiment - SAREX
Many shuttle missions include amateur radio equipment and experiments
allowing ground operators the chance to listen in on and talk
to the astronauts. Some of the upcomming missions will be operating
on FM voice in the 2 meter band, so you can participate even
with just a hand-held set!
If you have an activity that you think the club should be involved
in, send email and attend the next meeting or net.
