The OU repeater, maintained by trustee Mike N5MS, is on 146.88 MHz, - offset. If you don't have a license, a) buy a radio (scanner or ham radio - you are allowed to listen even if you can't transmit!) or b) get together with another licensed member that night. With his/her permission, you can also talk (licensee is 'control operator' and is responsible for transmissions!). For more information about the repeater, see the repeater link above.
